摘要
本設計為年產300萬噸的1700多品種板帶生產車間設計。本著多品種，多規格的原則制定了產品大綱，其中包括汽車大梁鋼、船板鋼、管線鋼，汽車板用鋼等，并以其為出發點，盡量從工藝上使產品做到高質量、高附加值。根據產品規格和設計要求，確定軋機各主要部件的尺寸以及一些必要的工藝參數。本設計經過仔細比較，并結合現場使用情況，選用了3架CVC軋機放在精軋機組的前段，這對產品的板形控制起到了關鍵作用。對典型產品壓下規程的設計包括壓下量的分配、速度制度的確定、溫度制度的確定以及力能參數的計算等等各方面參數的選定。再有就是校核軋輥與選擇電機等問題，此外，本設計還對車間內的各種消耗和厚度控制等做了簡要介紹。

ABSTRACT
This paper design for the work place which yearly produces 3 million tons various straps production.. To the principle of more varieties and more specifications we develop a product program including automobile big joist steel, ship plate steel, pipe line steel ,car plate steel and so on and taking it as the starting point make the products high grade and the high attachment value as far as possibl. According to product specifications and design requirements we identify the major components of the mill size and the necessary parameters.After careful comparison, combining with the field use situation we select three CVC mills on the first part of the finish rolling , which play a key role in the plate shape control of the product. The Drafting Schedule Design of the typical product is also includes reduction distribution, the speed system, the system of determining the temperature,calculating of the power parameters and parameters selected. Checking roll and choice electrical are the key problems to normal production.In order to work smoothly, do not allow equipment full-load or overload of work for a long tinme. In addition, this design also made the brief introduction to each kind of consumption in workshop and thickness control.
