摘 要
本文設計了一臺簡易剪板機，能夠實現(xiàn)對厚度10mm，寬度700mm行剪切，剪斷時間小于10s，重點就機架、刀架等重要部件進行了設計，在設計中通過對比國內外剪板機，力求設計出結構簡單，操作簡便，同時經(jīng)濟、合理的剪板機，具體設計思路上：減少了剪切的時間并且提高了剪切精度。采用人工送料以降低成本。近年來，隨著模具技術和沖壓技術的發(fā)展，剪板機的應用范圍在不斷地擴大，數(shù)量在不斷地增加。預計不久的將來，剪板機在沖壓用剪板機中的比例將會愈來愈大。
