硬脆材料雙面研磨/拋光機(jī)的設(shè)計
摘要:雙面平面研磨是在傳統(tǒng)研磨機(jī)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過改變研磨平面的數(shù)目從而來提高研磨精度和效率的一種研磨方式。其加工原理就是利用涂敷或壓嵌在研具上的磨料顆粒,通過研具與工件在一定壓力下的相對運(yùn)動對加工表面進(jìn)行精整加工,從而來實(shí)現(xiàn)加工精度的要求。
本文通過對平面研磨機(jī)構(gòu)多種運(yùn)動方式的分析,以及研磨精度要求,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有研磨機(jī),從而設(shè)計出一種新型的行星式雙面平面研磨機(jī)構(gòu),并對其運(yùn)動軌跡做了具體研究。這種研磨方式不僅解決了傳統(tǒng)研磨存在加工效率低、加工成本高、加工精度和加工質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定等缺點(diǎn),提高了研磨技術(shù)水平,保證研磨加工精度和加工質(zhì)量,而且還可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在一定范圍內(nèi)不同直徑圓柱工件的研磨,提高了加工效率,降低了加工成本,使研磨技術(shù)進(jìn)一步實(shí)用化。

Abstract:
Double-sided plane grinding is the traditional grinding institutions, and on the basis of the number of by changing the grinding plane to improve the grinding efficiency and precision of a kind of grinding way. Its processing principle is to use the coating or pressure with embedded in the research on the abrasive particles with and workpiece, through research in the relative movement under certain pressure of machining surface finish machining, thus to realize the machining accuracy of requirements.
This thesis through to plane grinding institutions of various sports mode analysis, and grinding accuracy requirement, and combine existing grinding machine, thus designed a new double plane grinding mechanism, and to its trajectory made specific research.
